All primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong are eligible to apply to become our Partner Schools
Target grades and subjects
Chinese Language, English Language, Mathematics and Science/General Studies (Science Education component) at Upper Primary (P4 to P6) and Junior Secondary (S1 to S3) levels
Service Objectives
To provide teachers with professional consultation, training, teaching resources, and platforms, thereby enabling the effective implementation of blended learning.
To foster a collaborative learning community among teachers, we regularly organize events aimed at facilitating professional dialogue on teaching methodologies and nurturing an environment of mutual learning, teaching, innovation, and sharing.
We offer information and learning resources to assist parents and students with self-directed learning both online and offline, empowering students to independently explore and acquire new knowledge.

Non-Partner Schools
Participate in the professional training workshops and seminars of the project
Join our subject-based teacher learning communities and participate in co-learning activities
Leverage the complimentary educational materials created by the project, which encompass instructional videos, lesson plans, and access to the BLISS self-directed learning platform
Partner Schools
Receive subject-based professional consultation for a chosen subject area (Chinese Language/English Language/Mathematics/Science/General Studies*). *Note that for General Studies, consultation is provided only for the science education component at the Upper Primary level
Enjoy priority registration for the "Blended Learning and Innovation" Certificate Course, with two reserved spots available for each school
Priority access to the project's professional development workshops and seminars for teachers
Join the subject-based teacher learning communities, exchange with peer coaches, and enjoy priority participation in co-learning activities
